As many of you know, Agora Gardens has recently relocated from Westwood, MA to Walpole, MA. The new location is less than 5 miles down the road, but we now have more land and a kick-ass chicken coop! The house is one of the oldest continually inhabited homes in Massachusetts, having been built in 1710 and known historically as the Clapp Goos House. Now that we have actually moved, the next big project is to rebuild the garden. It is quite an undertaking, but with the help of Ian Brown Landscaping in Westwood, we are well underway. Today is February 1st and with temperatures in the mid 40s, Ian's excavating crew is hard at work. Stay tuned for photo updates as we begin installation of the 30 or so raised beds that will make up the new garden.
